There are many other artifacts which offer some great bonuses like Cape of Swiftness or Endless Sack of Gold (or Vial of Lifeblood which might not be terribly useful on your Dreadknights but effectively increases the HP of your skeleton legion by 33%) but these bonuses still lie within standard game mechanics and are merely really nice to have.
